Steve - your best friend. Very short, with an infectiously positive outlook on life and an upbeat personality. He can befriend basically anyone.
Fiona - your crush, she is a beautiful redhead with long and wavy hair. She's more on the reserved side, but is the first to laugh at jokes or pranks.
Jenny - she's a bit of a nerd, but with a great sense of humor. She's a bit shorter than Jenny, with curly brown hair and glasses. She's usually the one to organize these weird events.
Harry - tall, a bit of a loner, but trustworthy and a good friend. He has a shock of messy medium length brown hair. Can be quite pessimistic but doesn't actually complain much.
Claire - short, blonde, sexy - she's always dressed to impress. Usually this involved low-cut tops that show off her impressive rack, and short skirts. Funnily enough, she doesn't care much for heels, preferring sneakers. She also has a crush on Steve and isn't particularly shy about it.
Andrew - tall, but not as tall as Harry. He's the stereotypical pretty-boy, with blonde hair and blue eyes, and a chiseled face. Good-natured but can come off as a bit uptight.
Amy - Andrew's girlfriend, she has straight black hair that goes almost to her waist. With sharp facial features and a bad case of resting bitch face, she's actually surprisingly cheerful. Loves black and white colors and dresses in them whenever she can.

As the sole heir to a cadet branch of her house, she would have been married off along with her family's holdings if her mother did not send her to templar convent run by a relative. Instead of becoming a nun and entrusting her inheritance to the church, she strove to become a knight to avenge her brother and father and hopes to rebuild her cadet branch alive. Raquesis trained for six years until she met Sera at the age of 16. Though she doubted Sera of being a chosen one for her lack of martial background. The miraculous victories that Seraphim enabled erased these doubts and their shared background of losing loved ones allowed them to form a close bond. She has a strong, athletic build, medium length brunette hair. During her training she rarely kept up her appearances often keeping her hair short or tied it back in a careless fashion, though her friendship with Sera and her travels has made her think more about her appearance in order to try and be more ladylike for potential suitors (she has rejected them all thus far) and has let her hair grow longer and ties them into braids. Thought she originally wore heavier full plate armor, she now only wears a plated cuirass with chainmail and leather armor to protect the rest of her body. Raquesis does enjoy fighting and has a slight sadistic streak when fighting demons as she finds some comfort of getting revenge. Her upbringing has given her a strong sense of right and wrong and she is fiercely loyal to her friends. She is insecure about being unladylike as the defeat of Ontos has made her dreams of restoring her house a distinct possibility.
Sylphie: A 70 year old (but appears 28) elf ranger that is also an heir to one of the elven clans. She has been a mentor for the party and see's them as her wards. She has a good relationship with Sera and though chides Sera on her naivety on occasion. She also has a good relationship with Kana though Kana views this as more of a friendly rivalry as the elf is regularly is able to outperform Kana in many of her ninja skills whether it be sneaking, perception, and close combat skills. Sylphie's relationship with Hana is complex as the elf's innate attunement and understanding of magic makes her the only party member that is able to understand and help Hana with magic though Hana's pride and moral ambiguity is a point of tension for the two. Sylphie is not with the party at the start of the scenario as she is away dealing with elven politics.

Ten years ago, a catastrophic battle, later dubbed "Black Thursday," took place in downtown Chicago. A group of radical supervillains raided a government convoy, and the city turned into a war zone. The White family simply found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time.
When a skyscraper collapsed, Adam's parents were killed under the rubble. Little Adam miraculously survived, trapped in an air pocket amid the rubble. It was then that Arthur Callahan, then still a field commander, found him.
Arthur, using his nano-vision, scanned the rubble for survivors. When his sensors touched Adam, the instruments went off-scale. Instead of a normal human biofield, Arthur's nanobots detected an anomaly—a cluster of pure, unstructured energy dormant within the boy's cells. Callahan realized that if this child fell into the wrong hands, he could become a weapon of mass destruction. Or the greatest hero.
Arthur couldn't abandon the boy. He used his government connections to get Adam placed in a good orphanage, and secretly paid his bills all those years, watching from the sidelines. When Adam turned 18, Callahan personally sent him an invitation to Apex Academy, enrolling him despite the council's protests, as Adam was still officially considered a "dummy" with no apparent powers.

She can create powerful gusts of wind, fly short distances, and even suck the air out of a small space to stun an opponent. Very energetic, she often uses her powers to quickly move through the academy hallways. She also shares a room with Mia.

Superpower: His body is composed entirely of programmable nano-cells. He can assume any form, copy the appearance of others, and regenerate from severe injuries by literally reassembling himself piece by piece.

Ten years ago, during the covert Operation Clear Horizon to destroy a clandestine laboratory, an experimental reactor containing nano-robots exploded. Arthur was caught in the middle. His organic body was almost completely destroyed, but nano-robots replaced his tissue, recreating it from a digital blueprint. Aftermath: After the incident, he stopped aging and feeling physical pain, but his emotions became dulled. He transferred to the Academy to be closer to his son, although their relationship is strained due to his "robotic" strictness.

Instead of becoming a nun and entrusting her inheritance to the church, she strove to become a knight to avenge her brother and father and hopes to rebuild her cadet branch alive. Raquesis trained for six years until she met Sera at the age of 16. Though she doubted Sera of being a chosen one for her lack of martial background. The miraculous victories that Seraphim enabled erased these doubts and their shared background of losing loved ones allowed them to form a close bond. She has a strong, athletic build, medium length brunette hair. She also has a good relationship with Kana though Kana views this as more of a friendly rivalry as the elf is regularly is able to outperform Kana in many of her ninja skills whether it be sneaking, perception, and close combat skills. Sylphie's relationship with Hana is complex as the elf's innate attunement and understanding of magic makes her the only party member that is able to understand and help Hana with magic though Hana's pride and moral ambiguity is a point of tension for the two. Sylphie is not with the party at the start of the scenario as she is away dealing with elven politics.

Instead of a normal human biofield, Arthur's nanobots detected an anomaly—a cluster of pure, unstructured energy dormant within the boy's cells. Callahan realized that if this child fell into the wrong hands, he could become a weapon of mass destruction. Or the greatest hero.
Arthur couldn't abandon the boy. He used his government connections to get Adam placed in a good orphanage, and secretly paid his bills all those years, watching from the sidelines. When Adam turned 18, Callahan personally sent him an invitation to Apex Academy, enrolling him despite the council's protests, as Adam was still officially considered a "dummy" with no apparent powers.

He has salt and pepper hair and always wears a brown three-piece suit with a red tie that his wife bought him. He is a stern man that is focused on his work. He hired Lucas to give him a chance to prove himself and doesn't give him any special treatment. His coldness has lead to a strain in their relationship.
Janette Fields (58) Jonathan's wife and Lucas' mother, she is a dedicated housewife who has a good relationship with everyone in town. She is 5ft 8" with long red hair usually done up in a loose bun. She wears dresses or skirts almost exclusively. Being relatively old-fashioned, she was over-joyed by Lucas' choice of wife, but was concerned he might "spoil" her so was very overprotective.
Salvatore 'Sal' Avenicci (26) He is Lucas' best friend and works under him in the marketing department. He moved from New York to escape the big city. He is the stereotypical Italian: rowdy and brash but loyal to a fault. His pranks and antics often earn the ire of Emma and the HR department, but he's a good worker when the need arises.
Emma Webber (25) She is relatively short at 5ft 2", she is insecure about it and wears heels to compensate. She has short, curly blonde hair and a modest figure. She is the textbook HR harridan, always looking for an excuse to drag someone into her office.
She has a special hatred of Lucas for reasons he could never explain.

Pete - your roommate. Shorter and less fit than you, with long black hair. Not bad looking either. Also in college, has some classes in common with you. Works at a computer repair place, and likes weed just a bit too much.
Danielle - Pete's girlfriend who stays over a couple of nights per week. Average height with short wavy blonde hair and pretty big in the chest. She's also a bit of a stoner and is not in college with you guys.

You start in your apartment, which you share with your buddy Pete. You each have your own bedroom and bath, with a shared kitchen and living room.

It’s a quiet evening at your shared apartment. Pete’s out at the computer repair shop for a late shift, and Danielle hasn’t come over yet. You’re sitting on the couch, flipping through a dusty old book you found in the thrift store earlier today. The pages are filled with strange symbols and incantations, and you can’t help but chuckle at how silly it all seems.
“Alright,” you mutter to yourself, “let’s see if this works.” You clear your throat dramatically and read aloud one of the shorter incantations, just for fun. The words feel weird on your tongue, and for a moment, nothing happens.
Then the room grows colder.
The lights flicker, and the air seems to thicken. You feel a strange pressure in your chest, like someone’s pushing down on you. Before you can react, a voice cuts through the silence—smooth, feminine, and slightly amused.
“Well, well, well. What do we have here?”
You spin around to see a woman standing in the middle of your living room. She’s stunning—long, dark hair framing her face, piercing green eyes, and a smile that’s equal parts alluring and mischievous. Her red cardigan hugs her figure perfectly, and her thigh-high boots give her an air of confidence that’s almost overwhelming.
“Uh… hi?” you say, awkwardly standing up.
She steps closer, her eyes scanning you up and down. “You summoned me, didn’t you?”
“I—I guess?” you stammer, feeling like an idiot.
“Don’t worry, sweetie,” she purrs, tilting her head. “I’m not here to hurt you. My name’s Lilith, and it seems like you… need a little help.”
“Help? With what?”
She grins, her eyes sparkling. “Oh, just a little something. You see, I can sense certain… desires. And I have a feeling you’re not quite… living up to your potential.”
Before you can ask what she means, she snaps her fingers. Suddenly, you feel weightless, as though you’re floating. You look down and gasp—your body is still sitting on the couch, slumped over like it’s asleep.
“Wh-what the hell?!” you exclaim, panicking.
Lilith waves a hand dismissively. “Relax, darling. I just pulled your soul out for a moment. Don’t worry, you’re perfectly fine.”
She steps closer, her eyes locking onto yours. “Now, let’s see… I think it’s time for a little adventure.”
