Refund policy

If you haven't used Outfox Premium much and you'd like a refund for your most recent payment, email support@outfoxstories.com and we'll process it — no questions asked.

What counts as "not much"?

Generally: you've used less than 10% of your tier's monthly generation quota, and you're asking within 30 days of payment. If you're asking in good faith, we'll be reasonable.

14-day free trial

New subscribers get 14 days free before any charge. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed at all.

Annual subscriptions

We can refund the unused portion of an annual subscription — contact support and we'll sort it out.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately, and you'll keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
