A medium sized basket of improvements today, mainly around the illustration system (v5.1.0)
- Significant improvements to the image generation flow:
- Image content limits have been increased for all tiers! Free users now get 1 generation per day (up from 0), Basic Membership gets 5 (up from 3), Plus Membership gets 20 (up from 15), and Patron Membership gets 200 (up from 150).
- We now display the full AI thinking trace, rather than just a timer for the generation.
- The image model has been changed to FLUX, which is slightly less strict with content, although we keep our SFW filters on. Some tuning of the prompt system as well here.
- Images now generate asynchronously, so you can close the tab and come back when they are done without issue.
- Failure rates on image generation (previously displayed as ‘Network Error’ or similar) should be significantly lower.
- Fixed an issue with duplicates appearing sometimes in the feed for Stories and Adventures.
- Improved the clarity of displayed prices when prorata/credits are applied.
- Improved confusing UI and emails regarding unsubscribing.
- Improved the site loading speed with a host of small optimisations, especially around database usage.
- Added a sitemap.xml
