Version 4.1.3

Lots of bug fixes this week:
- Fixed handling of very long chats and stories (the AI will now work for unlimited length by using the last ~30k words only)
- Several small bugfixes relating to pagination / infinite scroll, cache busting, and miscounted quantities.
- Minor search improvements
- Mobile tooltips fixed! No longer will they continuously display when they should be hidden.
- The 'edit' windows will now size to match the content inside of them.
- Payment system overhaul and streamlined.
- Pre-orders now supported to convert to full subscriptions.
- Testing system overhauled and upgraded.
