Danica has her first consultation at the plastic surgeon.

Two days later, Danica found herself blushing a furious crimson as the doctor examined her breasts. Not that the blush was anything new by this point; she'd maintained one shade of red or another since she walked into the office. She'd had breast exams before, naturally; she was proactive about her health. But all her other doctors had been women! She knew, intellectually, that Doctor Nicholas was a professional and he did this sort of thing all the time. Knowing that didn't help, though; this wasn't really for her health, this was for something sexual. Something that turned her on every time she thought about it, actually, and darn it, now she'd thought about it again and now she was even more embarrassed.
"Well, Miss Schott, you're in excellent condition, and I see no reason we can't discuss your procedure further. You can go ahead and dress again for now," the doctor said, sitting back in his chair. "But I have to say, I'm a bit surprised by the nature of the work you want done."
Danica quickly turned around and stepped behind the privacy screen, picking up her bra. This part was what she'd been dreading. "I'm not sure what you mean, Doctor. Is there something unusual about a woman wanting a breast augmentation?"
The doctor spoke to her from the other side of the screen with an apologetic tone. "No, no, of course not. That's most of what we do here at our clinic, actually. Your initial request, though, was a bit out of the ordinary, especially for someone who's never had any prior work done. When we see a request like that, we feel we have a duty to check up a little and make sure that you're looking into this for the right reasons, and of course giving you the best chance we can to understand what your new look will really entail."
Danica finished adjusting her clothes and stepped back out from behind the screen, shaking her head. "I can assure you, Doctor, I know what I'm doing."
The doctor nodded indulgently. "I'm sure you've done your homework, but as a matter of safety, I'll need to go through the usual steps anyway, if that's alright. I couldn't move forward in good conscience without giving you the same talk we give everyone in your situation."
She sighed. "Alright, then. How do we start?"
